Sketching lets us explore form, function, and proportion quickly and intimately, revealing details that can be lost in early digital modeling. That tactile beginning informs every decision that follows. The materials, seams, and hardware follow a distinctive language across the lineup. By staying close to that original hand-drawn idea, our pieces remain both unmistakably ours.
We take pride in our craft, whether it’s the hand-tooling on our bags or the reflective decals on our clothing which are stamped using a hand-hammered die. All the leather working for the Motopack is done entirely by hand using vintage metal tools and a rawhide mallet. Every shape is punched with a rawhide mallet and vintage metal tools.Many production steps must be completed start-to-finish by a single artisan, so building each pack is a slow, deliberate process that prioritizes craftsmanship.Every prototype we’ve created and tested was made by hand in our Brooklyn/Boston studio.
