A global product - finished at home.
Our Thermaflex Short Sleeve riding system is expertly woven to our unique specifications by a dedicated factory in Shenzhen, China which specializes in technical garment construction.
An innovative mix of natural and recycled fibers make up the body of the shirt which is constructed using advanced 3-dimensional knitting.
After we receive the blank shirt body, it’s time to embellish it. Our signature wishbone logo is cut from 3M ScotchLite sheets to be applied via heat transfer.

The reflective decal is then heat transferred onto the center of the chest using a specialized high-temperature iron.
Once the film has been properly treated, it becomes soft and flexible; blending seamlessly into the textile of the garment.
The finishing touch
Next comes the final piece of construction: affixing our logo tag to the sleeve.
The dual-purpose label is woven with reflective thread, giving the Óskabein name a luminous effect at night. This detail is sewn on using a similar, high tensile thread as the rest of the garment to ensure longevity.
